Malfatti


Anche questi biscottini sono semplicissimi e non occorre la bilancia  per realizzarli! Non sono bellissimi da vedere infatti si chiamano malfatti.


Ingredienti :

1 bicchiere di plastica di martini
1 bicchiere di zucchero
1 bicchiere di olio di semi di mais
1 bustina di lievito
500 g di farina 00 
1 pizzico di sale
100 g di cioccolato a scaglie
150 g di frutta secca a scelta


in una ciotola mettere tutti gli ingredienti tranne cioccolato e frutta secca ed amalgamare il tutto


unire cioccolato e frutta secca e con l'aiuto delle mani compattare l'impasto 


fare tante palline e disporle sulla teglia


a 175° per 15'

    Sembrano deliziosi. Si può sostituire il Martini con del vino bianco o con il latte per farli mangiare anche ai bambini?

    1. Si puoi usare il vino bianco per sostituire il Martini, comunque i miei bambini li mangiano tranquillamente , in cottura il liquore evapora

  5. Salve. Ho realizzato la ricetta ed ho trovato eccessiva la dose di lievito che ne disturbava il gusto. Ho riprovato dimezzandone la dose e sono venuti davvero buoni:croccanti, gustosi e veramente facili da realizzare. Complimenti!
